Nace Fic!
I am so excited to share the project @thatiranianphantom and I have been keeping under wraps! I cannot even tell you.
The Nancy Drew writers were kind enough to leave us with the richest, most beautiful tapestry to continue the Drew Crew story, and this is our contribution to it.
This takes place just post 04x05.
Separated for a year after their attempt at breaking the curse, Nancy and Ace are back in town for the Fanson wedding. When a new mystery takes over the town, can they reconcile the past with the present?
Check out chapter 1 of I Couldn't Tell You (This is All I Wanted), and please let us know what you think.
Have I mentioned how excited we are. It's Nace time!

“Uhhhhh,” said George. “And dancing.”
“Oh, no.” Bess touched her hand to her chest. “Am I possessed?”
“By who,” asked Nick, “Celine Dion?”

a little wintery coffee shop au for @winterlovesong1 for the @secretsleuthexchange!
❤❄ merry christmas and happy new year, winter! ❄❤
He had only ever been Ponytail Guy, in and out in a flash, usually Tuesdays and Thursdays, which Nancy took to mean that he had an early class on campus. The first time he actually sat down to drink his coffee, she could no longer call him Ponytail Guy—firstly because he’d trimmed his hair to the point where it was still shaggy and beautifully shiny, but not ponytail length. Secondly, he came late enough that there was a small crowd and Nancy finally had the excuse to ask for a name for his order.
“Ace,” he’d said with a lopsided grin, as if he could Nancy asked purely for herself and not for the other barista calling out drinks as they finished.
