I was really sent these teas for testing and reviewing purposes by @chickadvisor and @pureleaf . I was sent the instant matcha green tea which contains several single serve packets, as well as their ginger and organ get blossom tea which came in the standard pyramid tea bags. I’ve always been a fan of matcha green tea just because of its healthy properties. Not to mention, I love a good matcha green tea latte. The matcha by pure leaf was very finely milled and mixed in easily with steamed milk so I was able to make a pretty good latte out of it as well as a plain ol cup of green tea. Overall, I was very happy with that tea. The ginger tea I was a little skeptical about, however, just cause I’m not a fan of “orange flavoured things” unless it’s an actual orange or organize juice. The orang blossom flavour really complimented the ginger flavour and made for a really tasty and refreshing fruity tea. I am totally for @pureleaf making more teas like this as they’ve already mastered making pre-made ice teas. Just finished my mini @milk stick bronzer 😭😭 I used this almost every day this past summer and have been absolutely loving it! It is so quick to use and blends very easily with a sponge. Not to mention it also stays on your face all day, which for me is a dream come true as I always have issues with my contour fading throughout the day. Once I finish all of my other contouring products, I will definitely be purchasing the full size! God I'm finishing up so many products this month it's really making me sad 😭 this cleanser by @firstaidbeauty has really been amazing though! It's a foam cleanser which many of you will know is my absolute favourite type of cleanser. This cleanser is also formulated for sensitive skin, and contains no added fragrance or colours. The one piece of info that pushed me to try it was the pH balanced formula that helps to protect your skin from environmental factors without overly drying it out. Just finished up my @glamglow Thirsty Mud sample and I am beyond impressed! I don't always have dry skin but it happens on occasion. When it does, I just pop on this mask and it leaves my skin feeling super hydrated and nourished. I also am a really big fan of the scent; it's almost like a sugar cookie dough smell 😂 so far glamglow has not let me down and has been super consistent with the quality and effectiveness of their products. Just got my @katvondbeauty Saint & Sinner VoxBox courtesy of @influenster for testing purposes. I've already sampled them and they are definitely something I would wear. I tend to be very picky when it comes to fragrance because I have a very sensitive nose and can sometimes get headaches if a perfume is too strong. The Saint scent is definitely something I'd wear every day; it's got a great subtle floral scent but also smells very fresh. The Sinner shade I would 100% wear on a night out, it's very sultry and mysterious. I tend to wear more of the stronger and sweeter scents during occasions. Here it is! My @mywunderbrow review! I decided to test this product out over the Canada Day Long weekend (🇨🇦❤️) as well as Monday and Tuesday. This product is honestly amazing in its longevity, I was at the beach, I swam, I sweated, things got crazy and my eyebrows still stayed perfectly the same even with wiping my face! I tend not to use the brush it came with though because it doesn't really give me the control I need to create a precise Brow. Also the gel consistency was a little difficult to work with at first too but it's getting good easier every day😊😊😊I tend not to sleep with makeup on EVER but I left my brows on while I was testing it and it still didn't come off and my pillow case remained clean. I've just about finished this bottle of thickening conditioner by @bumbleandbumble and I'm pretty sad to see it go so soon 😭😭😭 for a person with fine hair, I use A LOT of conditioner, in comparison to shampoo, as my hair tends to tangle otherwise. For a conditioner it did its job but I'm not entirely sure about its efficiency in regard to actually thickening my hair. I kind of expected more from this brand and its thickening line because their thickening hair spray has been so amazing. I've also tried the shampoo in the past and wasn't too impressed either. Also, considering the volume of product for the price, I wouldn't really recommend this conditioner either; I paid over $30 CAD for it and went through it in roughly 3-4 weeks with no effect on my hair. Here is my review of the first product I received for free from @influenster for testing purposes. It is the #totalteasemascara by @covergirl 😊 Overall I am very impressed by this mascara! I was a bit skeptical at first because of the funky wand shape but in the end I loved it because it reminded me of the tarteist lash paint wand which was also quite stiff and spiky which helped to separate each lash while coating it in product. I used the other side of the covergirl wand, the one that looks like a medieval weapon, to do my lower lashes -of which I only do the outer quarter- and to help get rid of an clumps on the top half and lashes that might've stuck together. I cannot get over this Pumpkin Sleeping Pack by @toocoolforschool_official !! It has changed my life and, not to mention, greatly changed my skin. While I have oily skin all year round, my face tends to get very dry as well during the colder months, as they do for most people. I had been looking for a product that would help preserve my skin's moisture throughout the day and THIS IS IS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! I apply this sleeping mask/cream every night before bed and it dries down very quickly, so you don't get it all over your pillow. The next morning I complete my usual routine which includes washing my face. Afterward my skin is so soft to the touch that you'd feel there was no need for additional moisturizer. But I do it anyway😂 I have been dabbling with this brand a lot lately too and it really makes me happy to find such reliability in a Korean skincare brand. So since #artisbrushes have been all the rage for the past year, I decided to see what all of the hype was about. Of course I wasn't going to go shell out a sum of money I'd spend on 3 weeks worth of groceries on one foundation brush. I came upon this mermaid brush at @winners and thought it was a good place to start. That was 3 months ago and oh.....my.....lawd. I can't use anything else for blending out my foundation now. This type of brush has completely changed my life, and not to mention, saved me a good amount of product. I use so much less now as the thousands of little bristles will distribute a small amount of product and make it look medium to full coverage and, most importantly, even. I have tried it with both stick/cream foundation as well as liquid and I love the finish for both. I have nothing but good things to say. Who knows? Maybe it'll lead me to investing in an artis set one day.
