Hi! I’m picking my way through you and @hingabee’s catalogue of fics and in a lot of your works there’s a consistent portrayal of Julian’s augmentation as including gene-splices from alien species.

I love this concept. It opens up a lot of story possibilities, and thematically ties in to Julian’s fears that he’s not quite human. I wanted to ask if this was a personal headcanon you two came up with together or if it’s larger fanon lore that I just hadn’t noticed before.

i think its larger fanon lore, at the very least im fairly certain ive seen it in other fics - mostly tho it comes from the star trek timelines mobile game where julian is classified as an alien :D

With the knowledge that Vulcan has regularly high winds & subsequent sandstorms I propose a type of guy: midwestern dads watching tornadoes but for Vulcans. Somebody's uncle Sovar standing outside with his hands on his hips watching a massive cloud roll closer. Unconcerned because this happens, like, every couple of weeks. He's like "this one is large, is it not" yes it is go back inside Sovar
