and youre right, there is no Argos, however, we are not accepting any applications to join the ALWPS group, because we're all AFK for Life TM and its unfair to the current players to accept new people without the input of our current people

I CAN tell you however that since you have a blog with the word official in it, you can probably rp with those Official blogs, the ones that all have official in their urls and are shitposting and having fun with it

they are an entirely different group than us, mainly, to my knowledge, they're not a group they're just random indies having fun

So go have fun!

M: I'm leaving :(

Hi everybody

So I've decided I'm leaving the group, I don't have much time to do anything outside of school and the sports team I joined this year. It was really fun being part of this but I don't want to take up a spot in here if I can't participate anymore.

I'm gonna leave these blogs up just for an archive or something but all of my characters are now open to whoever wants to take them. So the characters of Juleka, Purple Tigress, and Mayura (not Nathalie) are now free.

IMPORTANT META POST:

Nathmun is IN college now, and has become aware that they overbooked themself with characters. For those who don’t know, Nathmun (me) writes for Alix, Marinette, Fei, and Gavroche as well (making Nathmun those muns as well at this moment in time). Sadly, due to being a double major (Theater/Physics) they (I) have decided to reduce their character load, so they can get back to making content with as little stress as possible.

TL;DR: Nathmun will be archiving this blog ( @ask-a-skater-demigirl) and @dupain-cheng-designs until further notice. Anyone interested in picking up either of these characters (Alix and Marinette) is free to contact one of our group admins (via @alwps-archives ) and we’ll interview ya!

Hello Everyone, so we have decided “Just Do It” and we are just jumping to Season 4. Time has passed and we are discussing on how long time has passed.

This allows to bring back shelved characters and bring new and interesting storylines as well. If you want to have certain relationships with characters to be built within this time-lapse. Please let the character mun known.

If there is a certain Akuma, you wanted to do from the past. Let us know, so we can make a proper tag for that Akuma.

I've been rping on tumblr for a loooong time so I think I'm the best to answer this

ALWPS is a moderated group tumblr rp, which means that we just make sure everyone using our roleplay tag, #another life with parisian superheroes, is being a decent person and no one is stepping on each other's toes and there's only ONE of each character allowed to be active

right?

an Indie Rumblr RP Blog tho?

it means you do not have a specified group of people you'll rp with

it means you have to make your own group of friends and hope to find someone that's also an Indie blog, that's cool to hang out with via tumblr

it means if you encounter someone that's being a jerk, you're technically on your own in dealing with them

it means that you can block anyone you don't like, and dont have to answer to some main admin about why you blocked them

i come from mainly Indie RPs, being in a group RP is a little new to me because i had tumblr rp group trauma from a well known terrible group that everyone in the Indie community spoke about in hushed tones

even now if i go to one of my indie blogs and say the group name, all the oldies cross themselves or knock on wood or throw some salt

in my experience, Indie Blogs are better in that you have waaaaay more control over yourself and what you post and who you interact with

1. As long as you tag appropriately, we don't mind that you RP with other people NOT in the group.

Tagging appropriately means tagging your alwps posts and your non alwps posts so everyone knows which universe is being talked about.

We DO ask that your posts still remain PG-13, but this is not a Closed Group, it's a Moderated Group

2. If you want to take an old Cracked Universe blog, and make it into an Indie blog, you can

Just remove the #alwps tag from your bio

Make a little announcement so no one gets confused

And note that most Indie Blogs require a small set of rules at least be stated and pinned or on a page

I've noticed a number of new people following this account. And even though I am thrilled about it and flattered, I need to tell ya...

So. I, lukamun, am no longer playing the role of Nino Lahife.

I have noticed I wasn't really playing the role its best, and decided to renounce the position, plus, I don't really have the time to manage all the account and come up with all the creative plot for Nino.

But don't worry!! We do have a Nino, a brand new and amazing one!

The new account is @ni-yooo, and the mun is great at playing his role.

Meta Post: 'ALWPS: As Told By'

My very very very early followers will remember my first format for doing akuma reports; a good example is my furious fu report. What i did was that I would summarise the akuma fight in *one* long post instead of the liveblogging posts I do now

Well, I'll be kinda doing that again.

Basically, there will be two types of akuma reports: Mun-Told and Alya-Told.

#Mun-Told

These akuma reports will be led by the non-superhero characters most involved in the akuma fight. For example: Stormy weather will be lead by @youcanstandundermyumbrella-ella, like they will be the one liveblogging the events and Alya will post an akuma-summary post in the end, that way we can mess with cannon and still have ladyblog posts. The next few episodes will have this format.

#Alya-Told

These episodes will be led by Alya and her Liveblogging Nya >:3™. It's basically the format I already have.

We have minors participating in the group, as well as adults. What matters isn't your age, it's everyone's comfort levels.

I won't be telling you who is a minor or who isn't as that is personal information

We intend for this rp to be light-hearted, semi-canon, no gore or actual death and definitely no smut. We also ask that any Anons that are sent aren't about explicit or adult themes

There IS canon typical violence and teens being teens, but overall we try to keep things PG-13 (which means we will say swear words and reference alcohol or "adult couples being gross")
