Gears of Symphony
Note 1 : Listen to this while reading the review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_LPJllaogU
Note 2 : This is just a joke, no need to get your uguuu's in a twist.
Gears of Symphony part 1  Bad story telling and good music
Gears of Symphony is my favorite show ever, it has bad character development, bad story telling, bad pacing, bad waifus (for the first season) and some really damn good music.
Our adventure starts with a character in a graveyard sad that her friend super died big death, and that got me thinking that maybe, just maybe this would be a serious and adult story, and boy oh boy how i was fuckin mistaken. We then cut to our real main character Hibiki Tachibana, a something year old lesbian gettin ditched by her girlfriend/best-friend Miku Kohinata, so instead of going home and sobbing for the rest of the day because her date is not there, she decides to watch a concert just by her self. There we meet other two really important characters, Tsubasa Kazanari and her girlfriend Kanade Amou, they are the singers of this pop group called Zwei Wing and also Gears of Symphony users that fight agains an alien threath called "Noise". Look, i know everything i said just now is dumb but bear with me ok?. But things go wrong when the Noise atack the concert and Kanade and Tsubasa have to fight to protect all the civilians in this show, that was also an experiment or something.
In the middle of the fight Hibiki is cornered and Kanade leaps into action to save her from a noise atack, that is until she gets hit by a fragment of Kanade gear, Kanade then senses that a law suit is coming and decide to commit honorable sudoku so she don't have to pay Hibiki anything. Also she kills all the noise in the are so that's a plus i guess, A plus for effor Kanade.
Vestiments of Music part 2  The bad, the worse and the Hibiki
After all that, Hibiki now lives a normal life in a school for rich kids failing classes, not being good at anything, in a way it's like my life. Until one day the Noise atack again and Hibiki tries to save a girl, and instead of running for shelter or anywhere safe, she goes for a industrial park the safest part of town for a kid, but in a strike of genius she decides to climb a really tall building where she is cornered by all sides, in this point we discover that the Noise can destroy every thing they touch, we also find old that Hibiki probably has the inteligence of a toddler. But in time her plor armor kicks in and she gets her own Vestiments of Music, the Gungnir, thanks to the piece of Kanade gear that got stuck in her chest.
Hijinx inssues when Tsubasa, that keeps tormenting her self because of Kanade death, finds out that Hibiki is using Kanade vestiment. They fight until the best character in the entire series,Genjuro Kazanari, also known as Tsubasa uncle/brother appears to pacify everyone. More non-important stuff happens and we are introduced to Chris Yukine, the edgy character that starts bad and turns good by the end of the arc. But Chris works for Finne that we find out is the main villain of the series and is controlling the Noise, and since this is a christian review i will NOT talk about how Chris is sexualy aboused by some random blonde woman, complete with whips, leather, chains, eletric niple clamps and if you don't think that's the hottest shit ever you can get the fuck out of my face. Eventualy Chris have several encounters with Hibiki and Tsubasa until she goes to the good side, but i will save you from this nightmare and give you the abridged version.
Chris fight with Hibiki, Hibiki convices her into being friends, Chris is now an ally.
Clothing of the Rhythm part 3  The end of a dumpster fire
At this point the creators didn't care anymore and were just doing whatever the fuck they wantes, and it is at this exact point that i started loving the show, we find out that everything that happen was the plot of a ancient goddes called Finne, the same one that abuses Chris, that wants to punch god in the face and fuck up the moon, our posse now made up of Chris, Hibiki and Tsubasa fight her while some of really sick music plays, Chris and Tsubasa even blow them selves up so they can beat Finne while Hibki have to be calmed down by her harem singing the school anthem or she would lose her self and kill the threat? But as it is expected of anime like this, Chris and Tsubasa are actually alive because we gotta sell those figures but it's all in vain because they lose and have to overcome their problems with the power of friendship, but not in this case, they just scream a bunch, refuse to die and transform into the ultimate Valkyrie mode and punches Finne, but Hibiki as always refuses to kill her. Finne also sensing the law suit for destroying the entire city decides to kill herself too like the real hero she is. But oh no the moon is falling into the earth because of the big fights, so our three characters decide to fly into space to put the moon back into Earths orbit, but they die upon returning to earth.
We cut to our first scene in the anime with Miko crying because Hibiki super died the big death, but what is that? Hibiki and tha gang shows up and everyone is alive and they caused grief into theyr friends and family for nothing, what a bunch nice and caring people. And so we get a stinger for the second season with where we get best girl of the show.

Ghouls from Tokyo 1
Note 1 : Read this rant with this music on the background https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8ekz_CSBVg
Note 2 : This is suposed to be a joke, don't take what i say seriously.
Ghouls from Tokyo part 1
The Introduction
Ghouls from tokyo is the dream of every AMV maker from 2009 come true.
In this edgy and brooding story we follow Ken Kaneki a 18 year old boy that have no fuckin clue on what it means to be a normal, functional and decent human being. One day after stalking Kamishiro Rize for the span of a few weeks and finally getting invited on a date by her he discover that she's a ghoul, but luck strikes when some iron bars from a construction nearby strikes her, soon both are taken to the hospital, after a life saving surgery made by the real hero of our story, Kaneki becomes a half-human half-ghoul and so one of the worst major arcs starts, with kaneki torn apart between the human world and the ghoul world, but instead of posing philosophical questions like the thin line between good and evil or what morality trully means, he sees the world as black and white while all the other characters have to babysit him so he won't get himself killed by some dumb reason.
Along the way he make friends with Frigid bitch ghoul who everyone hates for some reason (Don't worry we will get on that when we cover Ghouls from Tokyo 2 : Electric Boogaloo), Loli Ghoul that get her own mother killed, and Gay Ghoul dude that wants to eat him. And these rascals band together to fuck the cops up and fight the power, well... The three secondary characters do that, our main character just stay in the corner doing nothing.
And soon enough we get to know the Cops responsible for hunting the Ghouls from Tokyo, and in the blink of a eye we realise that everyone there is a fuckin sociopath especially the stitches kid. But don't worry soon we get to know all these people dark past, that gives them depth right? Wrong. Most of the time they treat all the emotional bagage the cops have in a strange light, it's really "in your face" and lacks nuance.
Now, the character does get better after he get completely mind fucked in a torture chamber. But it's at that point that the fandom starts to be complete and utter shit. With most people missing the point of all that suffering the character just was put trough, so he can be reborn changing how he sees the world and his interactions with people in it and basically becoming the villain. But never mind that let's just yell like parrots "Kaneki is so badass", because we don't need character development or thought provoking ideas, we just need blood and violence while we crank that Evanescence(or whatever the edgy kids listen to these days) to eleven.
Our history then climaxes into a fuck fest of cannibalism, betrayals, and super dark dialogue by yours trully Ken Kaneki ending with an all out war between the Cops and the Ghouls. And everyone gets butchered ending with our main villain Kaneki eating his own best friend just to get beaten up by the best character in the entire series,  Kishou Arima, the real hero, too bad they completely ruin his character in the sequel.
Undeads from Japan Capital City part 2 :
 The Society
Although we don't really get away from future Edo, we know that the undead scourge have been plaguing our human society for a long time, so much that we had to create a special police just to deal with them. And thanks to the cops we were able to capture and study the undead, and with those studies  we discovered they have something they called RaidCall Cells. And instead of testing every single person in the entire planet for these cells and killing every man, woman and child with said cells all they did was create some scanners that don't do shit. Time passed and the race war raged on with the cops winning and everyone turning a blind eye to the undead massacre. Soon enough, the cops started using the undead special powers as weapons becoming the first necromancers in the world.
Now, for some reason every single character we see in this world is an asshole much like myself, they are all damaged and hiding a dark and sorrowful past that is suposed to make you feel empathy with them, but fuck off from the edge of my dick, if they are not man-eater monsters that think that killing is art they are humans with daddy-issues. Making every character impossible to like or relate to unless you are 15 years old and think that you are misunderstood and the "different one" boiling with all that teen angst.
In general what we see from society is that they know about the threat but never really show how people live in this kind of world, do they put big wooden G's in a undead yard and light it on fire? Do they go around expellin kids from schools jsut because they are undead? Is police brutality against udead a issue that is being discussed?   These are the questions that keep me wake at night.
Bogeyman habitating the metropolitan area of Edo part 3 :
 I have a dream
You know, i've read this comicbook in a week, and i have to say that i kinda liked it, even if it's complete shit and most of the themes are half-assed and the important messages fall in the deaf ears of angsty teenagers. I liked the art, i can see potential in the story and in the author, but Bogeyman habitating the metropolitan area of Edo  lacks polish, and just as the topic suggest, i have a dream, and my dream is that the second comicbook is better and that by the end of it, people can see that Bogeyman habitating the metropolitan area of Edo is not about blood, violence, the duality of man or how good and bad is just a question of perspective but about family.
