Happy Munday, everyone!

This is a little awkward because we aren't quite sure about how to go about this, however, we do wanna open up about it before we come back cause its contributing to some hesitation we have about posting, so we figured its best to be open about it! The mod of this blog is plural (some of you might be more familiar with the term "system", but we personally prefer plural) and there are actually two parts who help write (and draw) for the blogs we run! The pokesona that has been used up until this point belongs to Whimsy (they/he/she,) who has also been the main artist, but the other pokesona here belongs to the part who helps writing and will help with art later, Stella (they/she.) Stella was the one originally in charge of our first few blogs, so some of you might know her. This might be unspoken knowledge to a few -- especially if you followed us during art fight or if we've told you personally. Its something we're still learning how to be open about, but we figured this is a good place to start.

Lotus @ Kiko: I hope you don't mind this question, um... I'm sorry if it comes off as rude! But... what's the difference between someone like myself, a fox pokemon, and you, a "kiko"?

Besides the difference in magical ability, age, rank and training, you’re alive and I’m functionally dead.

A ‘Kiko’ is a societal title given to a fox spirit who’s job is to serve the gods, typically under Ō-Inari; but under other gods as well. Humans also like to call us “Myōbu”, which they like to use to refer to us specifically. Either way, the meanings are similar enough.

As I mentioned before, I do not have a body that requires food, sleep or even air to function, and doesn’t feel pain the same way yours would. I do still require some energy to exist, but this energy is typically gained from the earth and environment, instead of feeding off the energy of living mortals. We also gain this energy from food offered to us, which is respectfully given at alters and shrines dedicated to Ō-Inari. Because this food is from the earth, we are able to receive it.

I’m sure this wouldn’t mean much, considering I’m already a ‘Ghost-Type’, but it would be the same if I were an Eevee, Fennekin, or a Nickit who was also a Kiko.

As for you, you would be considered a “Chiko”, a rank below me. You are mortal, but have gained magic through training and will continue to do so until you achieve the next rank, if you wish.

Someone said my singing is good at birth. This is half right, half wrong. But my school had a singing class and I did practiced and practiced many times, until I start to sing really good. Even I am currently rehearsing while practicing.

Also, there was a show called "A Light of Unova", where talents around Unova and the world are gather here and show their talents. I have advanced to the final, but I got 2nd place. It was a few years ago by the way.
