I never got to dive very deep into this AU so here's some more info on it! In this AU, Clover met Jack the same way they did in the canon story only in this one Jack's ghost fades away one day and Clover goes out searching for him, only to find out Jack's real actor never died. But during the filming of the Sunny Time Crew show Jacktor was in a severe accident on set that nearly cost him his life, and so the show was discontinued due to the scandal. Jacktor never acted again after that, but he did manage to live a fulfilling life, thus leading him to this moment. He's not allowed to talk about what happened during the '84 incident (for legal purposes) but he doesn't mind talking about his experiences on the show and is always delighted whenever somebody remembers his role as Sunny Day Jack. After finding "Jack", Clover decided to come see him everyday. They've mostly accepted that the person they loved and knew possibly never existed (Jack being a character) but they still make an effort to visit. Jacktor has no memory of who Clover is, but a part of him finds them familiar. And so starts the mystery of who Jack really was and if his ghost was ever even real.....?
