I've been watching sister wives, initially as a some fodder to put on, but I appreciate what I'm learning about polygamy and how it functions for those that practice it!

Not like I had strong opinions either way but the way it's spoken about outside their culture, you expect there to be a tough man that runs the house like the military or something.

It seems like the families that work the best are functional because of the relationship between the wives. The husband has to care and actively work on his relationships with each wife, but it's interesting to see how people consciously choose this way of relating with one another. It's not simply a man going around picking up wives.

Idk, maybe none of this is fascinating to others, but regardless of how I feel about the Brown family, I appreciate them for letting the world look into their lives as a polygamist family.
