I was recently diagnosed with lymphedema and luckily we caught mine while it’s still mild and will be easier to treat but I’m so overwhelmed. I know I’m lucky it’s mild but I can’t handle another thing to deal with and worry about. The thought of another lifelong condition to manage kills me. I just need a break from appointments and calls with insurance and paying hundreds out of pocket for medical equipment.

seriously, though. i barely have enough energy, let alone using that same energy to cope with major chronic pains. not to mention dealing with anxiety/depression. when you see me out and about, im also not doing so great. don't chastise or be snarky towards me because of my routines.
