Though  it  has  yet  to  be  an  issue  ,  Elizabeta  is  quite  a  heavy  sleeper  .  She  owes  this  almost  entirely  to  her  ancestor  .

Also  like  ,  an  au  where  Elizabeta  transfers  to  a  high  school  and  is  the  mysterious  new  kid  from  far  away  ,  that  everybody  thinks  is  a  vampire  because  she’s  goth  and  has  the  “  dracula  accent  ”  .

She’s  the  one  that  only  makes  like  one  or  two  really  close  friends  ,  and  those  friends  get  invited  to  her  home  where  she  lives  alone  (  with  a  caretaker  visiting  every  now  and  then  to  check  up  on  her  )  in  a  huge  mansion  ,  and  that’s  how  they  find  out  that  their  new  goth  friend  is  like  suuuper  rich  ,  and  then  they  just  have  antics  and  go  on  adventures  .

As  a  dhampir  Elizabeta  possesses  a  heightened  sense  of  smell  ,  enabling  her  to  perform  tasks  that  would  be  impossible  for  a  normal  human  ;  detecting  and  tracking  specific  people  /  supernatural  creatures  ,  identifying objects  by smell  alone  ,  etc.

My  personal  favourite  of  its  applications  ,  is  that  it  also  enables  her  to  detect  and  identify  different  blood  types  ,  and  even  identify  different  poisons  /  whatever  in  food  and  drinks  .

Something  that  I  like  to  think  about  (   because  the  thought  of  it  is  so  cool  to  me   )  is  the  idea  of  Elizabeta  mimicking  the  actions  of  her  ancestor  in  some  instances  .  Whether  it’s  being  drawn  to  /  picking  the  same  articles  of  clothing  as  he  did  /  would  ,  expressing  the  same  /  similar  words  ,  or  fighting  (   either  seriously  or  for  training  purposes   )  in  the  same  style  that  he  did  /  does  .

Rather  begrudgingly  ,  with  fury  behind  her  eyes         just  barely  being  held  back  ,  the  dhampir  steps  back  and  bows  to  them  .

I’d  like  to  imagine  that  ,  due  to  possessing  telepathy  and  being  related  to  the  ‘  King  of  vampires  ’  ,  that  Elizabeta  has  a  much  higher  level  of  resistance  against  traditional  hypnosis  ;  that  being  via  words  ,  use  of  objects  like  pocket  watches  ,  ingestion  of  potions  /  whatever  and  the  like  ,  eye  contact  ,  or  through  use  of  it  as  an  ability  via  some  other  means  .

Hypnosis  via  non  -  traditional  means  ;  that  being  via  use  of  a  machine  ,  or  through  use  of  some  other  piece  of  technology  ,  I  am  less  sure  of  however  .  She  may  have  a  higher  level  of  resistance  ,  but  less  so  when  compared  to  her  resistance  against  traditional  means  if  it  were  a  machine  .  Or  ,  if  it’s  a  piece  of  technology  that  makes  a  direct  link  with  the  brain  ,  then  she  would  have  no  level  of  resistance  to  it  at  all  .
