I'm scared and I don't know what to do, so if you could signal boost I would owe you me life.

Hi, so as a lot of you know things have been pretty awful for a really long time in my real life and I’m unfortunately now scrambling to get my kids half way across the country just so I can keep a roof over their heads because that’s where their closest family is.

So if you could please share this with anyone, just push it along even once and it could mean everything in keeping kids who don’t deserve their shitty situation to somewhere safe.

I just fed my dogs the last bit of their food last week. (They are big dogs and go through food so fast. ) and I have been feeding them my food since and I’m about out so if anyone can just.. please help me keep my dogs fed, they don’t deserve to pay for my fuckups and I just they are good dogs who are so sweet and friendly.

He was grateful Tony was there, his presence a perfect comforting distraction. Though he couldn't just come out right in say that, then Tony would never let him live it down.

The last couple of days have been a scrambling of emergency surgeries, and tests, and consultation after consultation and it was exhausting. They had told him right before Tony had gotten back that he damage was just too severe and it was likely that he would never walk again. He still didn't quite believe it.. this was not how he wanted his entire career to end.

He hadn't told Tony yet. Had made sure that none of the doctors or nurses would let it slip to him either. He knew that he just needed to get it over with, but if he did.. then it was real. Rhodey was snapped out of his thoughts at the question, not even really sure how to answer it.

"I'm going to have to retire.. you are going to have to find someone else to give War Machine too..." He hated that it had to be said, sure he never wanted to be a superhero, having only become one to watch Tony's back but now but that didn't mean he was thrilled at the idea of forced retirement, but if Tony didn't pick someone new for the suit, the U.S. Government would, and no one needed that.

"Good luck with that." He wasn't going anywhere. He'd already been plenty of places at this point (here, then to the raft, to Siberia, and now here again) in the interim, so he wasn't planning on leaving anytime soon. Sure, he still had the Spider-kid to deal with, and he knew he was ignoring several voicemails from Thaddeus Ross (a real pain in the ass on a good day), but that wasn't important at this moment. He still wasn't sure if his best friend was okay, even though he was getting regular updates. Actual physical health was not the same as being okay. "I haven't been here that long." Two days, maybe. He'd have to check the calendar. "Besides, you should be on enough drugs that they would just think you're seeing a bullfrog in my place. You're feeling alright?"
