having an ed and depression is wild cuz i havent showered in 1.5 weeks cuz i havent had the motivation but ive worked out and dieted everyday(i wear copious amounts of deodorant and perfume and dry shampoo, i also rarely leave the house lmao)

ive been gone for a while because i was in residential treatment for my depression but they were really strict with food and you had to eat 2000 calories my body is adjusted to it now does anyone have tips on slowly reducing my calories so i dont binge?

i fasted for the first time today! it was easier than the times ive tried before. i went ice skating for an hour with friends too so i got some exercise but i didnt do to much cuz i dont want to overexert myself

ok so today i had a bit of a bad day and decided i wanted to start a little diary on here to hold myself accountable.
what i ate today:
banana-90cals
omelette-148cals
corn muffins-664cals
total intake-902
i did a 40 minute run workout to prep for track season and that burned around 365 cals(i forgot to have my fitbit track the run so i looked it up and adjusted to my workout).
total cals for the day-537cals
alright im gonna try to remember to post again tomorrow, i feel like i didnt do a good job intake wise but i did a really good workout so im feeling better after writing this

im so nervous, im going to the doctor for a med check tmrw and ive lost weight and im worried theyll say something and make me eat more. does anyone have any tips like should i put some heavy stuff in my pickets so they cant tell?? idk
