#yeah #I’ve seen people list their triggers that make them spiral when they see them on a publicly available platform or whatever to thousands of- #their followers #I know you don’t like seeing triggering media but having it listed out on a easily accessible strawpage or carrd is very dangerous #what is stopping someone who has malicious intent to harm you by sending/spamming said triggers? #I see this a lot especially on Twitter :(
