one day I’ll finally write that ridiculously elaborate fanfiction that I’ve been carefully constructing in my daydreams for months and then you’ll be sorry. you’ll all be sorry.
This drama has the best ep endings! The scene where he saved her and she flashed back and actually remembered what she suppressed (because everything related to the accident was so traumatic) that it was he who rescued her the first time around too, and the reason he never let her know or sought her after was because she was distraught and enraged at being saved? AAAA!
(And then in the coda, we see that he did call her that day we saw in the prologue on purpose and when she didn't recognize him - aaaaaa!!!)
And the way everything changes even further for her - because now it's not he saved her from suicide without knowing her or is a nice sweet high school boy she likes now but he's someone who literally saved her from death in the most literal, physical way possible before saving her through that call some time later. It really is cosmic balance that she's sent back to save him (and extra fitting because he saved her initially from being killed - ie it wasn't suicide attempt, that came later and now she is here to save him from also being murdered, though she does not know it wasn't suicide in 2023.)
Also, this phrasing? I am screaming!
They are my kdrama OTP of the year. Yes, I realize we are only a third in and a ton of other kdramas can and will air. But all I can tell you they will have to work insanely hard to beat this as both drama and OTP of the year for me.
The way she throws herself into his arms and his face!
I am sorry, can we discuss the size of his hand on her head:
I love them so much!
Is this the accident he saved her from in life 1 (and this time her losing the use of her legs was averted) or is the one where she lost the use of her legs still scheduled in the future?
