You know what really fucking Annoys Me about internet censorship is stuff like swear words being heavily censored because that's entirely an American cultural hangup being forced on the rest of us. I don't know a single country where swearing is as taboo as it is in America. In fact most languages have swear words that would have the same effect on an American as giving a Victorian chimney sweep a pepsi max cherry.

I feel like many people have a fundamental misconception of what unreliable narrator means. It's simply a narrative vehicle not a character flaw, a sign that the character is a bad person. There are also many different types of unreliable narrators in fiction. Being an unreliable narrator doesn't necessarily mean that the character is 'wrong', it definitely doesn't mean that they're wrong about everything even if some aspects in their story are inaccurate, and only some unreliable narrators actively and consciously lie. Stories that have unreliable narrators also tend to deal with perception and memory and they often don't even have one objective truth, just different versions. It reflects real life where we know human memory is highly unreliable and vague and people can interpret same events very differently

The Marauders boys and their unconventional love languages

Regulus: Biting. All the time. He bites sirius constantly and it makes him rage. James too, but his he follows with a kiss. On his biceps and his shoulders and his thighs. He imprints himself onto the people he loves.

James: cooking. Like his mother, james loves to cook for his loved ones. He learnt french food specifically for Sirius and Reg. Learnt how to make grilled cheese for remus, exactly how hope used to make it. He loves the act of it, the labour that comes with slaving away to cook something, he loves sitting down and breaking bread, and the aftermath, forcing reg to pull his sleeves up and get to work on the dishes while he continues to distract him with soft neck kisses.

Sirius: Music. He loves to share music with the people he loves. He associates most songs with someone (same). Playlists and mixtapes and yap sessions about every single lyric. Dancing in the kitchen with James while he cooks

Remus: learning. Remus loves knowing thing, understanding them, figuring out what makes them tick. That extends to the people he loves. He knows which shoe sirius puts on first, how much toothpaste he uses when he brushes his teeth. He knows that reg pretends to be indifferent when he’s hurt, while james pretends to be happy. He knows lily dog ears her books because she never remembers where her bookmark is. He knows.

Evan: writing. Its never poetry and its never long, but barty finds them everywhere. On the mirror in his car, in his lunch, under the lid of the toilet. Little colourful sticky notes, scrawled in messy hand writing with “i love yous” and “your beautiful” and “dont forget…”.

Barty: voice. It wasn’t bickering. It was sarcasm, light ribbing at one another’s expense. Teasing remarks and inside jokes. Never hurtful, of course. But the ability to talk to someone in what is almost another language, in a way that makes zero sense to the untrained eye, that was how barty loved. He loved it because it was a special type of vulnerability, to be able to show someone the underside of your belly, to let the push on your softs spots and trust that they wont push too hard.

Fandom: Oh... yeah sorry no... not you. We actually meant writers that are already well known and popular to produce MORE content... I mean, if a popular blog shares your work then maybe. And we don’t really like pen to paper art. We just don’t think it’s professional or even looks good :/
