Sometimes in the middle of the week I need excessive amounts of caffeine to keep pluggin away, but really what my body needs is a good nights sleep! Sleep Ease is just the perfect solution for establishing habits for long term healthy sleep. I like to brew this blend as a long infusion to help draw all the medicinal properties of the herbs out into the water...simply place your leaves in your cup, pour over boiling water, and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
