these recipes are all fairly lowcal and designed so that even if i eat the highest calorie options from each category, it wouldn’t exceed my 1300 cal binge limit ! the highest cal possibility is 1,285, with the lowest being 614.5 ! I’ll list those out below
binge day: turkish çilbir, grilled cheese & tomato soup, vodka pasta, mint chocolate shake, & a maple vanilla iced coffee
restrict day: banana bread, miso soup & cauli-egg rice, beef & caulirice stir-fry, matcha strawberry yogurt clusters, & strawberry mint sparkling water
they’re also designed to visually seem to be more cals than they are, for volume eating ! 🧚🏻‍♀️ they’re high protein & fiber to keep you full, and mostly low sodium to prevent bloating ✨
