hi i know i don't sleep well and im working on that but i help my freinds by giving them dream prompts basically things to think about specifically before you go to sleep to try to ward of nightmares and help you calm down before you go to sleep. I'm not perfect and have anxiety so there are some days I may not post im trying to figure out how tumblr works. I'm taking submissions please send in ideas or asks if you want anything specific. sleep well tonight.
