#i am so influentiable when it comes to movies because i see people talk about it and i want to be in on it!! #🚬but also feel like ive already asked about it too much to my friends and no one really cares that much #may just go by myself but i haven't decided on a day that will be practical lol #could also go with my sister but im not sure when shes available bc i dont know if shell be tired in some days #and like when shes free ill still have my last evaluations😭😭 #so many things are premiering when im free but challengers really had to premiere when im the busiest #bc i feel like this Monday maybe i could watch it despite the evaluations i have the following day🤡

Tell that to the directors, writers and artist who barely put any energy into the supposed love interest of the show/movie. Like the two characters who aren’t supposed to be shipped and are friends only, are literally dying for each other and expressing love in subtle or niche ways only the other person would know.

Whilst the mc and love interest chemistry is drier than the fcking sun.

so uh blame the writes and directors for being lowkey (highkey) shippers

This obviously isn’t for every canon ship, since some are rlly well written. But like theirs a reason fans are shipping characters together.

#and even if they have no chemistry #back in the day crackships would just get ignored but nowadays everyone thinks a ship has to be canon #like you can enjoy a #dynamic that doesn't exist in canon
