Disabled & Not So Rich & Famous

You’d think I’m famous or something. I’m just good at promoting myself and you’ll see this if you check out my social media: @delabrooke on twitter. Actually, I am disabled, getting worse, and am basically confined to a chair, bed, or only for short walks on three legs... a wheelchair is not yet necessary - not yet! But, that could change quickly..

I don’t normally write with such a droll tone.. apologies. I just got onto Tumblr because of a twitter pal who writes here. She inspired me with wonderful prose and a mighty strong understanding of what her and my own life has been like all our lives!

Still, my beef is with.. you know.. the psycho in the White House whose name can’t be mentioned for fear of conjuring demons or at least something dripping in green slimy YUCK! An article - https://www.forbes.com/sites/imanibarbarin/2019/04/11/how-a-trump-proposal-could-reduce-happy-disabled-people/#29256cb4636c - tells about how the psycho plans to search out social media to catch us “fakers” and take away our disability. I say “us fakers” because that’s what he hopes... that he can purge us all - show the country that we’re all fakers and gaming the system.

As I’ve told my asshole conservative family on numerous occasions, the system will always be gamed because it’s American (no, not “human,” per se) nature to game everything - at least, that’s what conservatives have taught us now for centuries!

But, this article counters Swamp Psycho with:

... studies have shown that a majority of social media users show only the good in their lives, not the hardships or difficulties. Disabled people should be allowed to share the full scope of their existence without fear they’ll be accused of lying—and even fraud—by the United States Government which will likely reason that if a disabled person is seen going to the mall or taking time to swim or jog, they can be working.

My conservative family of ex-Confederate assholes thinks that this simple Fascist Psycho method of fighting a “faker war” will solve the problem, but it will only root out a few gamers at the expense of many who actually need disability - like me. Seriously, this is a Nazi tactic that we already vetted and labeled “evil” in World War II... Sure, there WILL be casualties, as there are in any war. But, the Psycho who can’t be named doesn’t care... he only cares about himself.. who is currently supported by the same fascist-thinking “Nazis” who have always supported him.

So, check out my books on my “social media” - yes, I write history and make nearly NADA from it ($42 this month!!!) - they look super flashy and show off my well-rounded education - but, not so much my well-rounded disabled ass in this chair! Still, I and now, I hope YOU will understand Psycho Fascist’s true intent at rooting out the disabled for gassing in the concentration camps that will certainly follow!
