When I'm happy, I gain weight.
2019 I had just gotten married. I went from 250 to 293.
The pandemic was bad for my marriage and bad for my mental health. My weight went depression plummeted down to 249.
I got a divorce, and my weight has slowly crept back up.
I'm in the happiest, healthiest relationship of my entire life and now here I am, 31 years old, and 286 pounds.
When I'm happy, I gain weight.

Yesterday depression kept me from going to the park. I'm not ready to go back to the gym yet. Crowds are still insane.
We are under a hurricane watch so I couldn't go to the park again today.
I put in Pamela Reifs Ed Sheeran workout and did 12 minutes of cardio and 5 minutes of stretching.
It's better than nothing.
