#2 earthquakes and 2 hurricanes #and then last year i spent most of the time in the hospital/ER because i had one of the most severe cases of hyperthyroidism ever #medical anomaly because straight up every medication they gave me didnt work #bitches were stumped #now i have no thyroid </3 they took it away to study it #not sure if this counts but my aunt did try running over her ex-husband at one point

#i've moved countries halfway through my school years twice #one of my schools was in the middle of a forest #this school also sent their students out into the wilderness thousands of miles away on week long trips just for fun btw #supervised but like . barely #i have also been chased by a snake #yes this happened on one of those school trips #i was in a canyon. it sucked #wait also there was one time where we substituted math class for going out behind the school and building a trail in the woods #what a strange place

percy jackson is restless and angry and wants to help people, he wants to settle down but he doesn’t want to stop doing stuff, he just want to be safe i guess. bc like he’s not about to be a lawyer or an accountant or a ceo or something, which i think is pretty agreed upon. i don’t think he could ever be a teacher just based off all the literal trauma he had and while i do believe he’s a great baker/cook i don’t think he would work in that field, just based off the fact that in the book he seems to be motivated to help people— mainly, his people, but still.

idk i have very strong feeling about this but i don’t even fully understand it lmao. this is completely my opinion, disregarding the aggressive opening, but it just makes sm sense to me
