Hey if I had, it would have totally been your own fault. Can’t blame me for petrifying sneaking trespassers. That’s brilliant, oh my goodness, I’m so happy for you. Even though it was always obvious you would make it so it’s no surprise really. Really? The Silver Arrow isn’t even available in the market yet!

The training grounds are gorgeous. Everything is state of the art - the hoops, even our brooms. Did you know they gave me a new one!? A Silver Arrow. Can you believe it?

She shrugs. You don’t have to like the characters to appreciate the book. I agree, Heathcliff was messed up but he was supposed to be dark and frightening. She laughed. Well. I’ll try not to.

Yes, I have. I didn’t like it a lot. That mate Heathcliff was sick on the head. No one does such things for love. It’s completely ridiculous. (He snorts) Are you going to declare your undying love?

Not really, your replacement will also have to annoy me every so often. That part might be tough but I’m sure I can find someone. Looks kind of uneven to me. Try it. I assure you I won’t. At all. If I did want that, would you?

Charity nodded and waited diligently, as she always did.

“Oh, uh, okay. What are you reading?”

She is, yes! Emily, Anne and Charlotte. Emma laughed. You have a point, magic would have made a huge difference. It kind of puts things in perspective, though, don’t you think? How life would be without magic. I think Wuthering Heights is much more darker and while Jane Eyre had a clean ending but this book is much more... depressing. And I think it’s a harder read. They’re both gothic and set in England but apart from that, they could not be more different.

She’s one of those muggle sisters, right? the only one of those I read was Jane Eyre. As easy as magic would have made those characters’ lives, I did appreciate some of the themes. Is that one similar?

But it’s not. Its quite dark but it’s also very thought provoking. And it’s a hard read initially but you cannot possibly put it down when you start reading. Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, you should read it actually if you haven’t already. Well.. not practiced in the mirror per se, but I have thought about it. She scoffs, shaking her head. I’m sure he won’t.

It can be a lame classic. (He shrugs) Are you ready to go? Have you practised what you’re going to say to Kevin in front of the mirror? Maybe he’ll start crying.
