The Iranian Regime is going to execute rapper Toomaj Salehi for supporting protests of Jina Amini’s murder by the regime in his songs.

Iranian activist Elica Le Bon says, “Iranians in the diaspora picked up on the fact that the regime tends not to execute people who become known to the international community. We have seen many examples of prisoners that were either released on bail or had their sentences commuted through our “say their names to save their lives” campaign on social media, using hashtags to garner attention for their causes, and even before social media existed, through getting the stories of political prisoners to international media outlets. Once reported on, and once the eyes shift to the regime and the reality of its pending brutality, realizing that the action is not worth the repercussions, we have seen them back down and not execute. Zekeren flower shop AU anyone?

Flower shop assistant Eren meets the CEO of a famous coffee company.

"So, flowerboy", Zeke cockily begins, looking around the shop. "I don't have lots of time, so just give me something pretty."

"The name's Eren", the shop assistant returns with a glare. "And everything here is pretty, so just pick whatever your lady likes."

"My lady is an older woman with difficult taste who I call mum", Zeke returns with a glare of his own, although just as surprised by Eren's no-nonsense attitude. "How about these blue flowers, is that nice?"

"Sure", Eren replies as he looks away. "It's kind of expensive so I hope you didn't come empty-handed."

Zeke is suprised once again. Does he not see his on-brand, expensive suit? His icy watch? Or is he trying to get under his skin on purpose?

"I don't think you know who I am", he tells Eren with a grim laugh, "I'm Zeke Fritz and my father owns Royal Coffee, which I'm just a few years short of inheriting."

"So, what, you're like a CEO or something?"

"Well, yes, I happen to be so", the blond says, not caring to hide his smirk.

"Well, 'CEO', Eren tells him with feisty green eyes piercing into his direction, "Your coffee brand is overpriced. No one in their right mind would ever buy that", he says, then hands him his blue flowers.

Zeke leaves with the bouquet, yet becomes infatuated with this assistant that doesn't seem to be in awe of his posh looks and high social status.

The days pass by and Zeke comes in for another flower bouquet.

"Another family visit?" the brunet asks.

"Something like that", Zeke answers.

The rare visits to the shop start becoming less and less rare. Meanwhile, people are growing rather fond of Zeke suddenly giving out flower bouquets to everyone, although it has become a bit of a strange occurrence.

"Let me guess", Eren says as he sees Zeke walking in once again. "Another bouquet?"

"No", Zeke answers, walking up to the counter and placing both hands firmly on the wood. "Just one rose, please."

"OK..."

Just like that, Zeke begins saving his money by just buying a rose a week instead of a big, extravagant bouquet which he doesn't know what to do with. Eren gets used to this customer coming in week after week, rose after rose, so much that he can expect at what time Zeke will come in.

The chats between them have begun to turn friendly, even positive and longer than they should. Eren starts getting himself ready for Zeke's entrances, hopes he will always have his shift that at that time, finds he is looking forward to Zeke's weekly visits.

Eventually, he realises he's begun liking the man more than he dares admit.

But when Zeke's visits stop abruptly, Eren gets worried. Did something happen? Did he move?

He starts to do some research and eventually finds out Zeke had a car accident... Eren's scared. Will he be OK?

After lots of internet stalking investigating, Eren finds out where he's located and visits him at the hospital with a bouquet of flowers in hand.

"I'm sorry, we're not allowed to permit strangers into Zeke's room", the girl behind the reception desk says, but then a small lady with blond hair walks up to the two.

"You..." she says, scrutinising Eren's figure. "You're that boy Zeke keeps rambling about. What are you doing here?"

After a quick introduction, the lady decides he may see her son.

"Eren..." Zeke manages to say upon seeing the brunet show up at his room in the hospital. He's very surprised.

"What happened to you?" Eren asks, seeing Zeke lying helplessly on the bed.

"I... had a fight with my step dad after the last company meeting I was in. He said that..." Zeke's face looks painful. Eren wonders what's happened, but apparently the blond decides to skip it. "I got mad, stepped into my car, drove to clear my mind, but it was late at night at some point. I got reckless and... well, you see where it got me."

"I'm sorry to hear that", Eren tells him from the bottom of his heart, instinctively holding the blond's hand. "Oh- sorry, I don't know why-"

"It's OK", Zeke tells him. "I like it."

He sees Eren's blank, awkward stare and suddenly starts laughing, although it hurts.

"Careful!" Eren exclaims, "What is it?"

"I really like you, Eren."

They look into each other's eyes. Maybe... this could be the start of something new.

(This was literally just meant to be a moodboard actually... Guess my mind immediately started creating a whole story around it LOL Hope you enjoy! ♥)

That bit of Deathly Hallows where Draco is missing and Voldemort immediately assumes he ran off to befriend Harry and when Lucius tries to insist Draco wouldn't do that Voldemort's just basically like "lol ok u tell yourself that buddy but I'm not buying it" just absolutely sends me.

Voldemort was really out there in canon like 'i don't believe in love except for whatever it is that harry potter and draco malfoy have going on because wow. even i can't deny that.'

Like look at this. this is wild. And the best part is HE'S RIGHT. Draco did in fact run off to find Harry Potter. And then becomes absolutely hysterical and completely loses his composure when faced with the fact that Harry might get hurt.
