tell me in the tags what you rolled, and how you feel about it - for bonus points, you can spin the wheel again for (or just take your pick of) a pokémon to be your partner.

bonus rules:

you're not shiny unless the wheel tells you you're shiny

More stories from hell (retail) today I was ringing up this lady and she goes oh I want to do part of this on a gift card and the rest on normal card and I go ok and then she hands me a folded piece of paper. I think oh OK it must be folded around the gift card, right? Wrong. It is a folded sheet of 8×11 printer paper with "$40" written on the inside in ballpoint pen. I go what is this. She says a gift card. I say this is not a gift card. She says yes it is. I say this is a piece of paper with "$40" written on it. She says "well it's a gift card." I say it absolutely is not. I am grinding my teeth. She says well I want to use it. I say you physically cannot do that bc it is a piece of paper. I cannot scan or swipe it. I apologize, as if this is my fault, and not because she is completely insane. I hate it here

#fucking mood op #still thinking about that time a customer put a printout of an email on the desk and said she wanted her free baked beans. #i was like 'ok' and went to unfold the paper and she basically slapped my hand and kept the paper folded #she kept jabbing the paper like GIVE ME BEANS and i was like. may i see the paper. i need to scan the coupon #any time i tried to flip it over she'd be like ''the rest isn't important it's right there on the paper'' (it was not) #took an ungodly amount of smiling before i could convince her to let me look at the fucking paper for the barcode that wasn't there #it was not a coupon for baked beans. it was an email explaining how to get a coupon for free baked beans. #i pointed out the bit that says ''click here for your coupon'' and she's like ''i can't click that it's a printout'' #''yes ma'am you'll have to go online--'' ''ugh i hate internet things i never use it'' well that explains some shit but HWO DID U GET THE #FUCKING EMAIL #IN THE FIRST PLACE #anyway. #two hours later she comes back and we get it sorted. i hope she enjoyed her beans. #(they cost exactly $1.86 btw.) #(anyway glad you got out of there op retail is a curse and being a customer should be illegal)
