This is my 4mo Transformation. The photo on the left was taken back in December. I continued to get fatter until Feb 01. Then cut tell the end of June. The picture on the right is at the beginning of June. I'm currently in a re-comp phase. Goal is to gain back some lost muscle from the cut while lowering my body fat %.
