I have a love/hate relationship with this routine.
If you don’t know what I mean, do an hour of fitfight, then an hour of budokon yoga. Then just sit down and contemplate. Enjoy breathing. Breathing is being.
This morning I had Magic Spoon cereal (lc) and spent some nice time out on the patio with my book, enjoyed the birds, and planted some buds in my planter. Hopefully soon there will be pretty spring flowers popping up soon 🤗
Day 17 Gymless: Back (and some glutes too cuz why not)… the towel rod in our bathroom broke so I used it for pulldowns and tried out a new set up for rows 😅
20 One arm rows/10 Lat pulldown
8 Sand bag rows/10 Lateral rows
3 Wide grip pull ups/10 back extensions
4x20 glute Bridges- banded
4x10 hip thrusts- w/ weight
I got an easy 30 minute ride in before my shift tonight, too. Planning on a 5k run tomorrow to check my endurance progress. 🔥
Did some cardio and strength in the apartment today. I sweat quite a bit so I guess there are things other than running that count as “working out” haha.
1.5 hours of workout videos.
Today we did laundry in the bathtub and a fuck ton of cardio.

Day 14 Gymless: wow, two weeks and I’m still going! I’m pretty darn surprised. But proud of myself for sticking to it.
Today was leg day! Followed by an hour spin.
15 Goblet Squats/10 Jumping Lunges w/vest
8 Front loaded squats/max wall sit
3x5 Assisted Pistol Squats
3x20 Calf raises w/weight
3x15 banded Hip thrusts
3x15 Elevated Glute bridges w/weight
