They aren’t a couple who are constantly all over one another or gushing endlessly about their love for each other, but everyone knows it exists. You don’t need to see them kissing and hugging to know they are couple. You just know. Let’s not forget Lucifer loved Mazikeen enough that he gave her his Lightbringer power (although she hated this and hated him leaving). He knew she was the only one (outside Elena who became The Presence) who could handle this power and he gave it to her as a sign of his love and their unity as a form of marriage. His love may not come out as straightforward as Mazikeen’s, but it exists.
