genuinely the way taylor clearly falls hard and fast and hopelessly in love every single time is very endearing. writing "this happens once every few lifetimes" and "no one's ever had me, not like you" on the same album that covers the breakdown of two relationships that were also seemingly destined and life changing and unmatched by anyone else is exactly what makes her so good at writing about relationships. if a songwriter doesn't feel everything with their whole chest and throw their whole being into it then I don't want it

Well I've listened to most of the album and I think the ones that stood out to me as really good songs were the prophecy, the Black dog and so long London, I can't guarantee you'll like them but they're the ones I would recommend

I'm gonna be honest, I think TTPD would really slay as like a collection of poetry because most of the lyricism is really good but as songs, they're just idk nice? The melodies are nice to listen to but they're also really repetitive and kind of forgettable (except for a few songs) and I kinda do agree with the people who are like it really should've been a smaller album with only the really good songs. I also don't think the lyricism is enough to make you want to listen to the whole album in one sitting, the way you could with Red TV which also had the same number of songs.
