TIe me up in a ribbon and I’ll dangle willingly
Call me up and I’ll be there instantly
I’ll give until I have nothing left
I’ll cave until I’m only left with regret
Just tell me you’re satisfied
Just tell me you’re fine
And I’ll untangle myself
And leave it all behind

I’d rather that there was naught of that starless escapade
I’d rather that those words never escaped under the moonlight
If all it did was bring storms in my mind
Made me gaze into freedom and see strings
Pulling me back, holding me down

Cherchez La Femme.
They got me  convinced that  proper ladies don’t stick their tongues  on pretty lads’ throats. They got me convinced  that wise women govern the world in a twirl of her skirt. They had me thinking I am the supreme in what I stand in life. What I didn’t know, And what they fail to educate me at, We, women have more to lose than to gain in all. For when we love, we part our soul and body  and spare them to all emptiness  inside any nomad and to the world.  Regardless if we continue  living dead inside.
Eve betrayed Adam.  Only to carry sins  inside her womb.

I am awfully sentimental. Of books, belongings, people, places. It matters very little how positive or negative the experience was. If it shared some meaningful time in my life, I’ll have trouble letting go.

We’re not picture perfect because we don’t belong to the four corners of a photo. We belong to the overflow of words written on a page. We belong to the ambiguity of words and to the depths of meaning. We belong to the hidden desires, to the unsaid words, to the emotions trapped between the lines

Give me some paper and a pen and I can describe my world to you in vivid detail. You see, I cannot explain my thoughts nearly as well as my written word. What I write isn’t useless chatter, it is my every inner emotion finally coming to the surface. Every fear can be expressed without fear of judgment. While I have to be more cautious with the words I speak Writing is my escape from a hectic world that doesn’t listen. My writing isn’t for them, it’s for me and if they care to read it that’s one of the best feelings a writer could ever feel. For now, having a pen in my hand is my therapy from the stresses of life. Just give me some paper too and I really can explain my world to you in vivid detail.

I used to think that it’s impossible to feel that you don’t deserve somebody.
I always thought that everybody deserves anybody for as long as you believe it to be.
Boy, was I wrong.

Some people are born with tornadoes in their lives, but constellations in their eyes. Other people are born with stars at their feet, but their souls are lost at sea.

Maybe when we’re born God tattoos pretty poetry onto our souls with invisible ink. Maybe He chooses a few special people with eyes that can see past our clothes and skin and carefully-constructed barriers. Maybe our souls aren’t meant to be seen naked by everybody, but only by a select few. And maybe that’s why it feels so lovely when another person hears our soul as it whispers sonnets and haikus and lullabies into the world, begging only to be understood.

there are times when i just feel like crying. there are times when i can't sleep because millions of thoughts are racing through my mind all at the same time. there are times when i hear the silence and it fills me with certain feelings that i have no idea why i am feeling. i just do. there are times when i lay awake late into the night and the words just flow out my hand and to the tips of my fingers. there are times when i just don't know why i act what i act. there are times when i just can't control my own emotions. my own body. my own tears. sometimes they just flow freely. with no reason. at all. maybe sometimes we need to feel this way to make us realize yet again that there's Something always bigger than us. that sometimes we can't control even our own selves. sometimes we just need to accept things as they are.
