I know you binged. A lot. I know it feels hopeless now, but you still have control. Just get right back to it. You just need to work harder for a few days, but I believe you can do it. You don’t need to feel hopeless and out of control because if you give in the that you will feel more hopeless. You control your food, it can’t control you <3

~ things to do instead of eating!! ~
-this might sound weird but take some food out of the fridge if you want to eat, walk up to a mirror, and pretend like you're going to eat it so you realize what you're doing and stop yourself
-make a list of things you HAVE to do before you eat (even if theyre completely unnecessary)
-write down your "why's" in a journal
-meditate/journal (this one helps me sm)
-binge a tv series
-watch a movie that looks interesting
-spin till you feel like you're gonna drop
-play videogames
-download new apps that look entertaining/fun
-get up and dance
-make a list of places you want to go for your bucket list
-streeeeetch! it feels so good and will take your attention away from hunger
-make an ana journal!! include all your gw's, your rules, cal intakes, eating windows, etc. this one was really fun for me but also helped me stay consistent
-take a nap
-clean your room
-do chores (might be boring but burns extra calories!)
-pull up yoga videos on youtube and try to copy fun/challenging poses
-go for a quick walk to clear your head
-take a piece of paper and start tallying for every hour you dont eat. think of it as a game! the more tallies, the higher your score is. and then once you break it you'll feel compelled to do a longer streak next time
