once you deny yourself that craving once, then twice, you’ll find yourself at the end of a week having denied it 50 times.
discipline builds up. don’t give up, don’t give yourself that “one time.” I promise it doesn’t exist and it will snowball.
always remember that food is not a reward, restriction is.
when you want to take a second helping, when you want to eat lunch with everyone else, when you’re alone and want to reach for snacks, when you’re out and want to eat unhealthy fast food - remember this. you’ll never get far unless you start now; start resisting your old habits and making new ones.
work hard for what you want.

One thing I like about my ed is that in a way I started eating way better. I cut off sugary drinks, I eat more fruits and veggies, I cut back on fast food/fried food, I’m exercising now. Like it makes me feel better in a way

reminder not to beat yourself up for going over your limit !!
remember, 3500 calories is 1 pound. however, eating 3500 calories doesn't mean you'll gain a pound, unless you're eating 3500 over your bmr! you probably won't gain a whole pound from that binge. you can always burn the calories anyway, so don't let one bad day ruin your entire week. you can get back on track tomorrow.
