Fat positivity cringe compilations are really where its at, especially the comments:

I’m just repeating the comments for myself wasn’t talking about other people- at no point did I comment about other people, at no point have I directly said these comments were aimed at anyone, yes these comments are on yotube that OTHER people have commented at OTHER people. Not me, these comments were taken to be used against myself.
Rather than comment telling me to grow up, or telling me off as if you were my mother perhaps just block? Or use your brain? To realise I’ve never directed these comments towards anyone?

rules i have for myself as an ana girly:
1) some restriction is better than none
realistically, i can’t just fast every day (as much as i would love to)- i’m still a student and need energy. i know that energy comes from food- i’m anorexic, not stupid.
2) get at least a little bit of exercise every day
yeah, this helps with weight loss, but it also makes me happier. i have asthma, so the type and duration of exercise depend on how i’m feeling. i’m not going to push myself until i can’t breathe, that’s stupid.
3) get enough sleep
again, this helps with weight loss, but it’s super important regardless, especially as a female. sleeping more gives energy where you don’t get it from food.

Since today is the first im gonna fast for as long as I can :P I have glucose tablets too for when I wanna break it, maybe something really light but I want to go straight back to fasting. I wsnt to as much as possible this month and next month.

once you deny yourself that craving once, then twice, you’ll find yourself at the end of a week having denied it 50 times.
discipline builds up. don’t give up, don’t give yourself that “one time.” I promise it doesn’t exist and it will snowball.
always remember that food is not a reward, restriction is.
when you want to take a second helping, when you want to eat lunch with everyone else, when you’re alone and want to reach for snacks, when you’re out and want to eat unhealthy fast food - remember this. you’ll never get far unless you start now; start resisting your old habits and making new ones.
