Add this to your Chicken Rice list! I sure did! This is @mardenschickenrice's Singapore Chicken Rice made by @simontan711 who ate all over Singapore to bring us his version of the dish. I can appreciate that cuz I've tried at least 30 versions in SG myself. Verdict: the sauces are on point, esp the thick soy that he imports from Singapore. The rice and chicken (with added gelatinous gravy) are both great as well. Have you heard of Cat's Ear Noodles?? Me either until a first visit to @laoxiernoodle in Arcadia. It's a speciality from Shanxi province. It tastes like Gnocchi in the shape of Orecchiette. I love all the customizable ingredients you can add on top of your broken rice.
