Add this to your Chicken Rice list! I sure did! This is @mardenschickenrice's Singapore Chicken Rice made by @simontan711 who ate all over Singapore to bring us his version of the dish. I can appreciate that cuz I've tried at least 30 versions in SG myself. Verdict: the sauces are on point, esp the thick soy that he imports from Singapore. The rice and chicken (with added gelatinous gravy) are both great as well.
