i HATE the tendency for people on the internet to tell people who have been alone/single their whole life (who lowkey feel like they’ll be alone forever) that it’s ok to be single and you won’t be happy in a relationship if you aren’t happy alone — like no fucking shit sherlock, and like yeah being single is fine but it’s also so HARD when everyone else around you is getting into relationships and the world/society kinda expects it from you
