Having ADHD issues with eating can be:

I hadn't eaten enough today because there was nothing I wanted to eat. I fried up TEN potstickers, ate them, and am still insanely hungry five minutes later.

And I HATE it.

(Since someone once tried to tell me ADHD doesn't fuck with your eating, people are more than welcome to add to their own instances of ADHD effected eating onto this post. I know I have other instances, but I'm too hungry and tired and ouchy in the head to think of them.)
