Back in the old days, Hermione would have been a bit socially awkward. She liked her independence, and drowned herself with books. Then again, sometimes a friend was all she needed. It was a pleasant time trying to get to know someone. Especially if they had the same interests. With the smile remaining on her lips, she replied "Oh thank you. Your name is quite unique itself." With a quirk of her eyebrow, Hermione curiously asked "You new around here? Haven't seen you much."

It has been awfully quiet around here.

“That it very true, it never does harm.” Wanda said with a kind smile. The taller girl seemed very nice and sweet. “Hermione, I love your name.”

"Then again, a bit of company doesn't hurt." A smile began to tug at the corners of her lips as she shook the girl's hand. "My name is Hermione. The pleasure is all mine, Wanda."
