I want to thank you all not only for believing me, but trusting me. I feared a negative reaction last week, despite the stories I already knew, but I’m so glad my post reached many of you.

If it helped in any way to make you feel you could finally say what happened to you or provided validation, then I am beyond words.

I’m really proud of you all for speaking up and for sharing your stories. I know a lot of people haven’t out of fear or how personal it is, or many other reasons.

Please know if you do want to share, we all have your back. If you don’t, I’m proud of you and hope this whole thing has provided much needed solace. We have your back in spirit.

I think a lot of us are frustrated and a bit on edge still because of this person, but it will be okay. Unraveling the pain, truth and havoc this individual wreaked on us for a year will take time.

The scope of it is not something I was prepared for, nor how deep it truly goes. And we haven’t seen the bottom.

I’m here if you need someone to talk to. I am just really proud of everyone.
