So. Thanks to a headcanon I wanted to make screenshots in Elden Ring. And that is where I learned that I lost my save files. I got a new PC a month ago and while I thought I got all my save games, I missed Elden Ring because it was in such an obscure folder. I since then gave my old laptop to my husband who deleted this folder by establishing a new user. Normally I wouldn't mind. A chance to play a game all over again ^^ Only that the DLC arrives in two months and I, as the mun of this blog, have a DUTY! So... what did we do? My husband gave me a copy of his files from his own PC. Because he luckily had a character in New Game plus with an OP build. However, the only thing he did was making the build so Mohg is still alive... so today I had do to the Varre questline. Let me just say, I am glad that build is so OP! Greatest challenge was finding the church of inhibition again! Anyway, I will be able to make screenshots and play the DLC in June... But... Shall I keep that OP build or shall I reskill to the character I lost? What do you guys think?

Ludwig is deaf, because his in-game model has no ears (and because of Beethoven reference). When he talks to the Hunter, they're replying with gestures, nodding for "yes" or shaking head for "no". Ludwig also may have auditory hallucinations, still hearing the screams of his victims in the accursed state. After regaining his humanity and becoming the Holy Blade again, Ludwig's hallucinations continue, but screams are replaced by the melody, and that's why he almost perfectly syncs his attacks with the soundtrack, making the fight look like a waltz. __________ This is a headcanon blog, not a theory blog. The Soulsborne games are so beautiful. And with that I am not talking about the stars in Siofra or the view from the top of the Church workshop in Yharnam or the streets of Anor Londo. No, I am talking about the movement of the bosses and enemies. There is so much beauty in them. Bosses like Dancer show such a beauty in their movement despite her monstrous apperance below the armour. Seeing the dragons spread their wings is stunning. The moment Morgott is going full in and covers the area in miracles, wonderful. Astel just existing and jumping around with that long tail trailing behind it... The fact that you can see in each beast battle in Bloodborne that they were once a human... I remember my husband fighting Malenia and he called her Goddess of Rot form something ethereal, like if she turned into an angel. Soulsborne has so much beauty in the grotesque and I, for once, think it is wonderful.
