Been focusing on protein this week as my skin and hair look like crap!
Still managing to stay around 650 cals per day.
Actually eating more protein in the day helps me feel more full (obviously.)
Have lost 4 lbs in November , hoping to reach 120 by Christmas.
Any other helpful tips to staying on track during the holidays and deal with crappy skin and hair while restricting?

Yesterday was one of those days. I didn't eat much, I had 2 empanadas at my son's school, and then most of a vegetable soup bowl at a restaurant.
Today's breakfast looks blah. We need to go grocery shopping. But it was delicious, satisfying and very low cal.

So I work early today. I think I will try to fast the entire day.
Plus I am too lazy to pack another lunch.
Been a loooong week at our house. Husband working late and kids are sick. Typically Friday would not be an easy day to fast but I have a feeling we will all be in bed very early!
Hope I can stick to it today....first full day fast in a while.
Lots of temptation around @ work during the holidays but I should be able to keep myself busy.
Looking and feeling much better even after a week of logging and posting.
