pretty + pink apartment.

been wanting to attempt building an apartment with the late night high rise shells from scratch and I love the colour pink, so here is a very pink apartment. pretty custom content heavy because I can't get enough of it, sorry to those who are not as fond!! furnished with a master bedroom and an office that could be turned into another bedroom if required. hope you like it!

I edited some of the windows/arches for this build to completely remove the light source, because exterior lighting coming in the windows drives me up the wall when building in this game :~) you can download those separately if you also want to use them, or just replace them with the actual windows if you don't care about the rooms going weirdly bright and blue. there's also an edit of the tiny circle light (possibly from outdoor living); I've given it a different light source because the original doesn't give off enough light and all the other lights are a bit ugly. that's also included separately with the windows/arches.

interest check, I'm stripping the natural lighting from some windows/doors in ts3 because the inconsistency of lighting in this game drives me up the wall, does anyone else want these or am I just a weirdo

aka they look like windows and act like windows but there's no light coming in through them (meaning the mix of interior lights and natural lighting from windows doesn't make it go weird and blue)

(idk if this even makes sense) (I have celiacs and got glutened by my father once again) (I'm very discombobulated) (not even sure if I exist rn)

hello, i love having your videos on in the background and listen to your commentary, i was wondering would you be able to explain how to add reshades into your game, as i've never done it before and your game always looks so good, it's one of the things i don't know how to do considering i've played it for years.

lexford townhouses.

wanted to build an apartment complex but was too intimidated to, so I settled with some townhouses instead. here's a cute little row of them! the one on the left is the one I've decorated and the only accessible one by default - if you want to change the townhouse your sims live in/customize the others, you'll have to remove the markers using the 'restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false' cheat. hope you like it and don't forget to show me what you do with it if you make your own changes :~)

jasper reshade preset.

(just another shellsea preset + 'er' because jasper sounds better than jasp)

much more subtle reshade preset than my last one, but since people have already asked what I'm using after only using this in one video, I figured I'd share :~) game is a little brighter, greens are a little warmer, nothing fancy but nice to look at all the same.

this preset uses 2 different MXAOs, PPFX SSDO, and depth cues because I like my shadows exaggerated; you can disable some of these if you prefer them a little more subtle.

shaders used:

adaptive sharpen, clarity, depth cues, LUT, martys MXAO, color gamut, PPFX SSDO, quint MXAO 2, SMAA, tonemap, cinematic DOF (optional, use f8 key to enable/disable).

I don't really take requests/do challenges when I'm building, I kinda just build whatever I'm in the mood for, but a farmhouse is something that's been in the back of my mind as it is so I'm sure it's something I'll get around to at some point!

a little coastal inspired home for a smaller family. easily my most custom content heavy build (sorry), but it's too cute to not use it. got a little fancy with platforms in some of the rooms, it all playtested fine in my game so there shouldn't be any issues with it. hope you like it!
