lexford townhouses.

wanted to build an apartment complex but was too intimidated to, so I settled with some townhouses instead. here's a cute little row of them! the one on the left is the one I've decorated and the only accessible one by default - if you want to change the townhouse your sims live in/customize the others, you'll have to remove the markers using the 'restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false' cheat. hope you like it and don't forget to show me what you do with it if you make your own changes :~)

3 bedroom Ranch House for Download

I've decided since sometimes I build houses and never use them/never finish furnishing them I'll put some up for download. It won't only be new houses, I might go back and put some older things up for download.

Sorry I'm a mess and totally forgot to find all the cc used here so I could share this house, but here it is! :p

>30x30 lot, with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms plus laundry room - if you want to place it in my >Modern Ikke< world, place it in the green highlighted lot from the map pic.

>All used cc is included in the .rar, except for >this< set of columns and fences (which you need for most of my buildings from Ikke) plus you will need to install the patterns linked in the world post too! (some other patterns also weren't included as it's harder to find those, but I can try to find specific patterns through wcif questions)
