Remembering my friend and bandmate Rafael Padilla. So grateful I got to know and tour with him for the past 20 years. Rafa generously taught me so much about Cuban music and rhythms and brought a perfect glue and vibe to the band; things will never be the same. If you look him up to see what hit albums he played on, you better have a backup mouse, ‘cause you’re gonna be scrolling for a long time. Deepest condolences to his family and all in his orbit.
