Sonic fans, can we be forreal for a second?

I've seen a few comments here and there about how surprised and disappointed fans were about other people's extreme reactions to the Knuckles series. And I'm sitting here laughing to myself like: "Y'all would have been hiding under tables with torches and pitchforks and privating your accounts if you were a Sonic Boom defender in 2014."

The Sonic fanbase is one of the most easily swayed, rapidly triggered, close minded, inconsistent fanbases there are. And thank God none of them writes for any of the franchises. In fact, history shows that some of the Sonic stuff that's popular and getting praise now was dragged and deeply despized when they first came out:

Sonic Boom,

Werehog Sonic,

Sonic 06 (with Silver catching a lot of strays)

And the list goes on, but you gotta understand that you are allowed to enjoy something even if most people dislike it. Also, you are allowed to dislike something even if most people enjoy it. Just don't insult people for having an opinion opposite of yours. (I can't believe this had to be said...)

I can see how difficult it is to express positivity about something so popularly dunked on (*cough* Sonic Prime *cough*) but, honestly, screw them. SCREW THEM. Let you do you and express yourself! I wish some of the Sonic positivity accounts can grow thicker skin and stand on business. I've seen so many people get chased off and log out of their accounts because of a bunch of "no face, no case" losers making noise in their comments. People are ruthless and will never stop being ruthless. It's in our resillience that shows that we don't care what people think. We like what we like and we are who we are.

No one is allowed to tell you how to think.

By the way, I enjoyed Knuckles. A LOT. There were definitely a lot of flaws, but I went into with more of a "take the meat, leave the bones" kind of approach. My review will be coming soon after I watch the series a second time. ❤

A little ramble on tongues and teeth Au ^_^

So in this au Casper is a man eater but since there’s not much info on man eaters (taking inspo from Jennifers Body) I decided to adapt it into kind of it’s own species

And basically there are two types of man eaters

Feral

Domesticated

But i won’t ramble about that unless you wanna here

But in short something to know is that sometimes domesticated man eaters can become feral usually caused by neglect (like feral children) or disease (usually rabies) the difference between domestic and feral is domestic is usually caused by human sacrifice (like in the movie) and feral is usually bred

Casper is domestic shifted to feral due to being abandoned after his sacrifice

So this is important because Casper doesn’t act very humane and has no manners and acts more animalistic then humane

And so being a man eater he can shape shift (man eaters tend to shapeshift into luring in prey, or to scare/play around with them because who doesn’t like playing with their food a bit?)

He tends to take more of an approach on a type od centaur then two legs and two arms his centauric(thats not a word sh) being is close to a mix between a borzoi dog and a cougar in more colour his body being dogish and the colours being more of what you would see in a cat along with fur similar to a Maine coon very soft and fluffy

Anyway they have a little field in the woods by the chapel and occasionally Casper will get the zoomies and will hide in the grass and chase Chris around and they’ll play tag (he’s literally a dog idk what to do guys)

I have so much more about him good god i don’t wanna be obnoxious

Cherry berry! I was wondering something about Chrysta and when she got prganate with the babay bats.

Did she get any strange cravings? Like how some women like pickles and Natella, or ice cream and peanut butter, I remember you saying she was still human when she was pregnant so just wondering!

Oh yes! Chrysta did have a lot of cravings when she was pregnant- given she was only human during Anastasia and Jennifer's births that's when her cravings were mostly strong.

When she was pregnant with Annie, she CRAVED raw meat- preferably stake. The boys would take a lot of trips to snag some from those fancy restaurants on the boardwalk- getting it as medium rare as possible cause Chrysta would refuse to eat it if it wasn't practically bleeding when you cut into it. She also would get caught sucking her finger if she cut it making food or pricked it while sewing or doing embroidery.

Jennifer's was about the same as Annie except tenfold. Chrysta also would absolutely devour strawberries- I mean going through like three cartons in a week cause she'd just sit snacking on em while Dwayne would work or be giving her a lil foot rub.

Paul's gremlin seed I MEAN Tiffany was.... Definetly a baby with some weird and major munchies. Chrysts really craved cigarettes- not to smoke them. Eat. She wanted to eat them. Anytime David would smoke or just being on the boardwalk in general the smell made her super hungry and crave them. Which is quite funny cause her latter and later pregnancies the smell made her nauseous. She wanted to eat chalk, cement, dirt, sand, all of it. She also craved jalapeños dipped in white chocolate- white chocolate only though. Paul actually loved her and her crazy pregnancy cravings cause they'd both just snack of the weirdest stuff together.

Kats made Chrysta crave a LOT of spicy food, and a ton of cheese too. She could still indulge in her jalapeño snack here and there to help, but she loved a lot of super spicy Indian takeout or Italian takeout. And she had half a pound of cheese on top of each one. She also craved a lot of raw meat again around this time too, and given she was a vampire by now, she jut stocked up on straight up raw meat from the supermarket.

Chris made his poor mother want to eat glass. Like the blinking lights at the boardwalk or light bulbs- so David resorted to hard candy for his little lady. She had a lot of suckers or jaw breakers in her purse when taking strolls- and with a new powerful bite force she just crushed that shit up and popped in another one. She also craved candle wax and would chew on candles in the cave or those little wax bottle candies.
