Maybe little unconventional things that helped me lose weight

Why do I no longer feel the feeling of morning skinny. I used to LOVE the feeling of waking up with an empty stomach but the last month i feel nothing. Im the lightest I’ve been in years and still nothing.

Everyone in my work keeps commenting on my lunches and asking if I’m eating enough and asking if I’m exercising too much. I have a feeling they have spoken about it when I’ve not been in and it’s really making me feel anxious. I don’t really see why it’s their business to be quite honest. It’s so annoying because I don’t even think they realise what these comments do.

the scale says im losing weight, and my legs are getting a little smaller, but i still have this giant belly. i feel like im losing weight everywhere but my belly…
i just don’t know how to get rid of it and its driving me crazy. i feel like it used to be smaller before i started all of this.
any tips / advice is appreciated :)

we have 3 MONTHS until summer! so much weight can be lost in that amount of time. you don’t need to lose it all immediately (even though we all wish we could)
patience, my dear. you WILL lose the weight; just give yourself time. it doesn’t happen all at once.

my rules
DEAL WITH IT! Deal with the hunger, deal with the exhaustion, deal with the brain fog. You knew it was coming so just deal with it. No skipping classes or work because you don't "feel good." You won't feel good again and that's your choice.
Exercise out every calorie you ate, so think about how much energy/time you have to work out before you eat.
No more than 700 calories allowed in on weekdays.
As much as working out and losing is important, so is your education. Do your homework!!
NO no no liquid calories!!
No eating around people, no eating out, no eating food offered to you.
No buying snacks. Even if they're low cal, you're just giving yourself an excuse to eat.
Don't eat just because you can or just because the food is there.
Get ready and do everything you need to do every day. You aren't going through all this just to dress like shit still.
DRINK MORE WATER!! Dehydration isn't cute.
Sleep as Much as you can!! You can't be hungry if you're sleeping.
You're better.
