Ramayana's Unknown facts in English

Question: What is the name of the bow which Lord Shri Ram broke? To whom was this Shivji's bow given?

Answer: In the Ramayana, the bow that Lord Sriram broke in the Swayamvara of Sita Mata is the name "Pinaka". This bow was given by King Shiva, the king of Mithila kingdom, to Lord Shiva, his ancestor.

With this bow, Lord Shiva raised the city of Tripurasura with an arrow. Shiva Purana mentions about this Pinaka Dhanushyabana.
