I’m looking for advice, I dance 5 days a week and burn about 800 cal per rehearsal. I’m trying fasting out rn and when I have to i eat a small meal. Should I keep this up during my dance season or try a different diet?
in order to perform well you need to have some energy to use your entire body given the amount of cals you burn. maybe have a meal a couple of hours before rehearsal, i wouldn’t recommend fasting this period

only things im gonna take this month:
1. MAGNESIUM on empty stomach every morning(yall it helps with nausea), im also a gymrat so i need to feed my muscles💀
LOTS OF WATER.
2. Black coffee. It makes my appetite go away.
3. Diet coke.
4. Gums. I love sweet things, especially trolli gummies so, i need to reduce my sugar intake to lose weight, gums will replace that.
5. Cigarettes, vape.
6. Chicken broth once in 3 days to not feel tired ig💀
Thats all. I ate enough last year, so im not allowin myself to eat.
