My go-to workout, especially after binging. I can do this in my room without anyone noticing even when my whole family is in the house.

Doing this twice daily will burn about 3.5 lbs a week, and it only takes around 15 minutes.

sad ed things

my friends won’t let me touch them because my hands are too cold

i missed my brother’s birthday because i couldn’t stand the thought of cake

my mom made what used to be my favorite meal and i couldn’t touch it

all my favorite t-shirts sit in my closet because i’m too cold to wear them alone

shaky hands ruined my drawing skills and perfect handwriting

avoiding going out with friends because everything they do involves food

sitting in my car during my lunch break so no one asks why i’m skipping meals

losing my vision when i cheer too hard for my teammates during sport events

cutting off potential relationships in fear that they’ll find out about my ed

finally, finally asking for help but being told “you’re too fat for an ed”

running to the bathroom before i pass out and crying on the floor when i wake up

don’t let anyone tell you that this stupid disorder is fun or interesting.
