hello everyone. I’ve been kinda M.I.A for the past few months, probably cause of my d3pressi0n and my lack of motivation to do....literally anything. even texting feels like a chore sometimes.

anyways, to be completely honest, i’ve gained about 30 ish pounds since my lowest w3ight. i don’t want to talk about my exact stats, because in all honesty it’s quite embarrassing for me. looking back and seeing my complete lack of control makes me want to d1e. its so draining not being able to stay b1ng3 free for a week. 

one . fucking . week . 

the whole point of this post is to ask for help. for anyone else who has been in this kind of bing1ng episode before, how did you get out of it? what things did you do to keep on track? exercise? one ‘big’ meal? three small meals? what did you do?!?!

my main goal at the moment is to stay below 800-1000 cals. any less and i just end up b1ng1ng. plus that range is where i tend to lose weight the most and efficently. 

please help me out!!!
